3. Orders & Payments – Orders can be placed through our website only. We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (where available). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery – We usually ship products within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchange – Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery once sold cannot be returned, except in cases of wrong or damaged product received. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof.

Exchanges/refunds are processed only after our quality check.

6. Cancellations – Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
