Actual colors and designs may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. We try to maintain accurate descriptions, but minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments – Orders can be placed through our website only. We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (where available). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery – We usually ship products within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchange – Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery once sold cannot be returned, except in cases of wrong or damaged product received. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof.

Exchanges/refunds are processed only after our quality check.

6. Cancellations – Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Pricing & Offers – All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to track your package.

At saanvya.com, we aim to deliver the best quality products. However, returns are only accepted in cases where the product received is wrong or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or color preference.

 Return Conditions

A clear unboxing video is required as proof. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at deepasingh.h756@gmail.com. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 Processing Time

Return / Replacement / Exchange: Approved requests will be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Please check your order upon delivery. If your product is wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and unboxing video.

 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items and sale or discount product.

 Refunds

Q: How do I report a damaged product?

A: Please email/WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: What about shipping fees?

A:  Free shipping on all orders. Return shipping is also free for damaged or wrong items. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.
